Restaurant La Ligne is responsible for data processing. Because our processing operations fall within the statutory exemption regulations, they are not registered with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Recording and processing of data

We only store and use those personal data that are directly provided by you or of which it is clear that they are provided to us. Personal data that is no longer needed will be deleted. You can also request access, modification or deletion of data. See the contact details for this. We store personal data that is necessary for the provision of our services. This includes data that are necessary for invoicing or sending.

 

Processing data during recruitment and selection

Restaurant La Ligne only processes your data for the administrative processing of your application and, if you are accepted, employment. Data that is not needed for this is not requested and not stored. Do you think that information is wrongly requested from you? Please let us know.

 

Security of personal data

We use strict security procedures, including to prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to personal data. In particular, we use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that protect all information between you and our website when you register or enter personal data.

 

Email and newsletter

If you fill in a contact or registration form on the website, or send us an email, the data you send us will be kept for as long as the nature of the form or the content of your e-mail requires for the complete answering and handling thereof.

We offer a newsletter with which we want to inform interested parties about our services and related matters. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission. Every newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. The subscriber file of the newsletter is never provided to third parties.

 

Click behavior and visit data

General visitor data is kept on the website. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, any username, the time of retrieval and data sent by a visitor’s browser can be registered and used for statistical analyzes of visitor and click behavior on the website. We try to anonymize these data as much as possible. This information is not provided to third parties.
